Abstract: In the evolving landscape of higher education, the integration of Open Educational Resources (OER) has gained prominence as a potential catalyst for enhancing collaborative learning environments. This research paper investigates the multifaceted role of OER in fostering collaborative learning experiences within higher education institutions. Drawing upon an extensive literature review, empirical data collection, and rigorous analysis, this study sheds light on the intersections between OER adoption and collaborative pedagogical practices.
