Abstract
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organisation set up in 1961 by the Government of India to assist and advise the Central and State Governments on policies and programmes for qualitative improvement in school education. It is responsible for designing and disseminating textbooks to students in elementary and secondary schools. One of the primary roles of NCERT is to develop the National Curriculum Framework, which serves as the foundation for curriculum development across the country. This framework outlines the key principles, objectives, and guidelines for curriculum design, ensuring that it aligns with the educational goals of the nation. Time to time various policies and programs are developed by the NCERT for the proper development of the teachers teaching in various institutions, so that the quality level can be brought up. For the purpose of increasing the teaching abilities and professional qualities of the teachers teaching in private as well as government schools my development schemes are brought forward by NCERT that is most helpful in learning new add on in the teaching profession which help the all stake holders to carry out all teaching and administrative related work in an easier way. The physical and intellectual atmosphere broadly depends on the teaching and professional ability and also depend the outlook of the teachers how they look the things set by the NCERT.
Here we get an opportunity to study the attitude of the teachers teaching in Higher Secondary Schools situated at Hanumangarh district particularly Town area in Rajasthan. The study would be helpful to improve the situation prevailing at the time and benefit potential teachers to follow the guidelines of NCERT with positive attitude that in turn again would help the students to complete their school with high score and great knowledge. It would also be at help to teacher, parents as well as students to develop continuous study habit considering all the aspects. It will further4 pave the way for the upliftment of society as well as education system.
