| Abstract: | Despite of the progresses we have made these many years gender inequality in the workplace is the real phenomena in many countries. Womens are still facing different challenges to excel in their carrier. This research covers all the dimensions of inequalities in workplace including, unequal pay, racism, harassment, unfavourable recruitment etc. The data collected from various working men and women from different companies, organisations, and business practices. The method used in this research paper is questionnaire method . The issues faced by the people are collected through online forms. Hence this research paper focuses on Gender Inequalities prevailing in the workplaces. |
