This research paper presents an end-to-end project that encompasses the collection, analysis,and deployment of WhatsApp chat data using the Heroku cloud platform. The project integrates state-of-the-art (NLP) natural language processing techniques to derive valuable insights from chat conversations. This innovative project bridges the gap between the digital realm and data-driven decision-making.The Heroku cloud platform's deployment ensures accessibility, making these insights readily available to all.
