| Abstract: | Startups are a crucial part of the economy, and their success or failure can significantly impact the business ecosystem. as per study with over 93% of them falling within the first five years. This paper aims to explore the reasons behind this high failure rate and identify the key factors contributing to startup failures. methodology involved extensive review of academic literature, case studies, and expert interviews.
