This involves incorporating real-world experiences like internships and collaborative projects. The paper also examines how emerging educational technologies, such as online platforms and virtual reality, can enhance skill-based education. However, it acknowledges challenges in integrating these technologies and emphasizes the importance of faculty training. A holistic approach to undergraduate education is advocated, focusing on personal growth, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. This prepares students for diverse and dynamic workplaces.
