Abstract: The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive analysis of Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 in order to protect the right to impartiality of the arbitrators from being jeopardized by the involvement of the court. The study also investigates whether or not decisions issued by arbitrators are considered final, and if they are, it investigates the circumstances under which a decision might be overturned, such as for reasons relating to public policy.
