Whistleblowing is a prominent strategy that plays a crucial role in the implementation of enhanced and efficient corporate governance within institutions and organisations. Whistleblowing plays a crucial role in promoting effective corporate governance, a fundamental component for the growth and maturation of corporations. The inclusion of a whistleblower policy has been widely acknowledged as a fundamental component of corporate governance. This study aims to provide a comprehensive examination of the correlation between whistleblowing and effective corporate governance. It will emphasise the significance of implementing whistleblowing policies inside organisations and delve into the specific legislative provisions in India that support the adoption of such policies.
