Today we are living in the age of science and technology, which play a very significant role in our daily life. The tremendous development in technology has given a new orientation to the system of education. Through the education, man develops his thinking and reasoning, problem solving and creativity, intelligence and aptitude, positive sentiments and skills, good values and attitudes. Among these, the researcher wants to enhance the students' problem solving with the help of technology. Hence, the investigator decided to study the impact of multimedia social stories on problem solving of high school students. The study was conducted on high school students consisting of 60 sample from Alagappa Model Higher Secondary School in Karaikudi, Tamilnadu who were selected with the use of simple random sampling. A parallel group pre-test and post-test experimental design was adopted in this study. Collected data were analyzed using the statistical techniques of Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The findings of the study revealed that multimedia social stories are more effective on problem solving among high school students.
