Abstract

This study explores the complex relationships between corporate culture and employee engagement. It examines how organizational culture affects employee attitudes and behaviors, eventually determining their degree of involvement, through a thorough study of the literature and primary data. In order to increase engagement, the report highlights the crucial need of cultural harmony with employee values, establishing trust, and developing leadership commitment. It also highlights the significance of adaptation in the dynamic workplace of today. The research highlights how important it is from a strategic standpoint to foster a healthy company culture in order to empower people, improve performance, and maintain organizational competitiveness. This research helps organizations develop engaged and motivated workforces by increasing their understanding of this connection.
