Abstract: The Upanishads, a profound and enlightening collection of ancient Indian wisdom rooted in the Vedic tradition, provide guidance to seekers through meditative and philosophical means, shedding light on spirituality and philosophical perspectives. These religious texts delve into the depths of human knowledge and self-realization through profound dialogues, transcending time and culture to inspire the pursuit of timeless truths underlying existence and consciousness. The Upanishads emphasize self-inquiry, critical thinking, and contemplation as essential tools in the journey of education, fostering greater self-awareness and understanding of one's surroundings.
