Abstract: In the current competitive world, every enterprise faces a dynamic environment and every customer has his assessment of the services provided by the banks, before opening their account. While selecting the bank, the prospective customer focuses more on the outcome of the services. Therefore, the study also attempts to evaluate the level of perception of the customers on the online services provided by the SBI bank in Ballari City. An opinion survey was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the e-banking services offered by the Bank and assess whether these services could meet the customers' expectations. The level of perception of the customers of the selected Bank and the study conducted considering seven aspects of e-banking. The aspects covered were mobile banking, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Debit/Credit Cards, EDI and ECS. Assessing the perceived level of customers helps the bank modify its policies and redesign and deliver suitable services to meet the various needs of its customers. A five-point rating scale was used to measure the perception level of customers. The values were then converted into percentages to evaluate the level of perception of the customers of the selected Bank.
