The review synthesizes empirical studies from psychology, sociology, neuroscience, and related fields to present a comprehensive understanding of this prevalent and consequential behavior. Aggressive behavior poses significant challenges to individuals, relationships, and communities. This research article provides a comprehensive review of interventions and prevention strategies aimed at addressing aggressive behavior. Drawing from research across multiple disciplines, including psychology, education, criminology, and public health, the article examines evidence-based approaches that target various factors contributing to aggression.
