Abstract
This study is an evaluation of the digitalization service/process of the Department of Migrant Workers in the issuance of Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs). Respondents are the employees and the clients, Overseas Filipino Workers who transact at the Regional Office XI. This study will employ Likert Scale, and Time and Motion Study to determine the benefits and effectiveness of the digitalized process of OECs to employees and clientele. The study contributes to the enhancement of the service to be user-friendly to have an efficient and effective digitalization service to OFWs.
