Abstract
Globally speaking, the last three years has had a significant impact on students’ abilities to learn. In an emergency, online and remote learning have replaced regular classroom instruction for both students and teachers. The transition of their practices from a focus on face-to-face learning to an online learning environment mediated by various forms of technology presents significant obstacles. This study focuses on understanding the comfort level of the students in different types of online learning along with understanding the relationship between stress and motivation. Motivation can positively affect productivity and performance while stress may negatively influence the productivity and competitiveness. The quantitative analysis with a sample size of N=60 have been conducted to eventually understand the correlation between motivation and stress during online classes using Pearson’s correlation method.
