A survey of 552 faculty members was conducted using stratified random sampling. Based on the survey, research hypothesis is designed. Further, primary analysis in which demographic factors, statistical tests are performed for prepared survey. The demographic factors are taken under consideration in the primary analysis are gender, age factor, marital status, and designation. Further, in the statistical test, correlation is found between work factors and turnover attention. Besides that, T-test and ANOVA test are performed to check the hypothesis. The findings show that decreasing work load, enhancing supervisor support, and giving suitable pay can all assist to minimise faculty turnover intention. This research can help private institutions in Punjab build a supportive work environment and retain academic personnel.
