Abstract
This paper presents a web development project aimed at tackling the problem of unemployment in India. [4] The platform offers a range of job opportunities to both skilled and unskilled workers, including plumbing, construction, gardening, waitering, watchmen, farming, sweeping, babysitting, carpentry, mechanics, newspaper delivery, and more. The website offers workers the option to work part-time, full-time, or as per the recruiter's order, making it flexible and easy to manage their financial needs. The platform also benefits recruiters by providing them with a database of skilled workers without the need for advertising or searching. Women are also encouraged to participate, promoting gender equality. [3] The website has a strict age limit of 18 to 60 years, and senior citizens are limited to work based on their health. To cater to those who cannot read or understand English, the website will offer regional language options. [2][7] The paper is structured systematically, starting with an introduction, followed by a literature review, methodology, testing/experiments, results, conclusions, acknowledgments, and references. The paper's ultimate aim is to increase employment opportunities in India and reduce the unemployment rate, ensuring that no person remains jobless.
