Abstract: he development of a Blood Bank Information System (BBIS) based on cloud computing to address the challenges faced in blood distribution in Indian hospitals. The study aims to propose a connecting system that integrates personal donors and improves blood supply availability. The research methodology involves a systematic literature review and data collection from previous studies. The proposed BBIS features applications, dashboards, modules, and network architecture. The summary also introduces an Online Blood Bank system developed using cloud computing. The system allows users to access information about nearby donors, hospitals, and blood banks. It provides security measures for authenticated users and verifies blood group information through uploaded identification documents. The project utilizes an Android application to locate nearby donors and hospitals using GPS. It includes an alert system for emergencies and sends notifications about blood donation camps and health check-ups. The application improves the efficiency of blood management, reduces search time, and facilitates quicker decision-making. Overall, it aims to bridge the gap between donors and receivers, enhance blood storage and management, and ensure timely access to required blood units.
