The goal of this research is to find the barriers to the use of advanced technologies in the construction sector and bring awareness about the usage of technology that assists the construction sector. The first goal of this paper is to learn about the most recent technology in use. The second goal is to rank the obstacles that prevent adoption and identify them. The third goal is to briefly address these barriers. The paper includes a list of the factors that prevent the use of these breakthroughs. A conducted literature review aids in identifying the technology as well as the usage-related obstacles. This research helps the organizations to concentrate on these barriers in order to counter the issues by them. Literature review and questionnaire survey approach was used to carry out the research work and AHP analysis was carried out to rank the barriers. The last part of the report deals with the conclusion, recommendation and future scope of the work
