By conducting this research, we aim to shed light on the significance of soft skills for polytechnic students, providing a foundation for curriculum enhancements, pedagogical approaches, and policies that foster the holistic development of students. Ultimately, the findings will contribute to the better preparation of polytechnic students for successful careers and increased employability in the competitive job market.
