Abstract
The research proposes a solution to the pressing issue of the increasing number of accidents by introducing MedEm, a website designed to send emergency notifications to nearby hospitals. MedEm aims to provide prompt and efficient medical assistance to those in need by enabling users to locate nearby hospitals quickly. This proposed solution has the potential to enhance the quality of emergency medical services by improving response time and minimizing the adverse effects of accidents.
