Abstract
Working Capital is required for carrying out day-to-day business operations. The present-day competitive market environment calls for efficient management of working capital. Good business management is the ability to utilize working capital management to maintain a balance between growth, profitability, and liquidity. Decisions with reference to capital involve managing the relationship between a firm’s short assets and liabilities to make sure a firm is in a position to continue its operations, and have sufficient money flows to satisfy each maturing short debts and future operational expenses at the lowest prices, increasing firm's gain.
