Abstract: Effect of fertilizer on stem of the Cicer Arietinum showed 4cm to 8 cm. The highest Stem 8.15cm was recorded from the applications of algal biofertilizer while the lowest Stem 4cm was recorded from control treatment. Number of leaves plant was influenced by applications of nitrogen in different treatment .The highest no of leaves 110 was recorded from the application of nitrogen in algal biofertilizer and the smallest was recorded form the unfertilized pot (control).The highest leaf number obtained from algal biofertilizer applied plastic cup might be attributed to efficiency of cyanobacteria biofertilizer and its capacity to supply plant nutrients thus improving the soil fertility, biological process in soil .liberation of growth promoting substances and vitamins. The highest Stem length 35.8cm was recorded from the application of algal cyanobacteria and the smallest Stem length 16 cm was recorded from unfertilized pot control. The highest no sub Stem 4.8cm was recorded from the application of algal cyanobacteria and the smallest 2.3cm was recorded from control.
