Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by increased levels of glucose in the blood resulting from defects in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. Diabetic foot ulcers are among the most common complications of diabetes mellitus. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of foot care package on the level of practice among diabetic patients. A Quasi experimental design to assess the effectiveness of foot care package (FCP). Sample size was 100 and equally divided into 2 groups, 50 in each group (experimental and control group). The Result showed that there was a significant increase in level of practice among the diabetic patient in the experimental group after administration of foot care package intervention. Thus, FCP as a non-pharmacology tool was an effective intervention in increasing patient's knowledge and Practice.
