A new method for determining the concentration of Nimodipine in tablet form using UV spectrophotometry has been developed. This method is accurate and sensitive, and the optimal conditions for analyzing Nimodipine were determined. The absorption maximum for was found to be 238.5 nm, and the analysis followed Beer's Law in the concentration range of 5-30 mcg/mL, with a linear equation of y = 0.033x + 0.020 and a correlation coefficient of 0.9981. The detection and quantification limits, as well as the slope and intercept, were also calculated. The results of this analysis were verified through statistical validation and recovery studies. This method can be used to routinely analyze Nimodipine in tablet formulations.
