Abstract
A Survey was conducted among the students who were passionate about Charted Accountancy regarding the course structure which helps them to become a certified Charted Accountant and also the various kind of stress they go through in their journey and how can they able to manage the stress level with their emotional intelligence mainly during the times of Exam with help of Emotional Intelligence/Quotient.The ability to recognise, evaluate, and control one's own, other people's, and group members' emotions is referred to as emotional intelligence. The hypothesis has a lot of support mostly in literature and has been applied successfully in many fields.
