Now a days, the people from villages are coming to towns for employment and educational facilities hence with the limited land available, individual houses are feasible. One of the major problems facing by the INDIAN country is rapid growth of population which restricted the availability of the land Moreover; even the available houses are let out at abnormal rent charges. Hence an apartment building is proposed in this project. The project consists of 12 houses in 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors & ground floor with all basic amenities. The construction and the design will be based on LIMIT STATE method and as per the schedule rates of PWD Government of TAMILNADU. The building consists of ground floor, first floor, second floor & third floor. All the designing and drawings are done as per 1S 456-2000 using M20 concrete and Fe 415grade steel.
