Diabetes is group of metabolic disorder characterized by a chronic hyper glycaemia caused by impaired secretion of insulin .Exercise adherence refers to the ability to maintain an exercise program for an extended period. Physical activity is defined as “any bodily movement produced by the contraction of skeletal muscles which results in energy expenditure that is greater than that at rest”. Physical activity is not limited to sports but also includes the physical activity of daily life associated with work, home, transportation and non-competitive leisure
