Mobile phones are widely used in today's society, as is well recognized. In the modern world, usage of mobile devices is fast growing. As is well known, many schools and institutions were shuttered during COVID-19, which caused students to receive their education online. There are numerous issues that affect both students and teachers during online learning, such as improper note-taking and improper attendance tracking. To solve this issue, we have developed a smartphone application. The project's major goal is to make it simple for any fourth-year student who wants to study third-year courses to use our college notes to get ready for any other exam. Our application is distinctive because it also has a biometric attendance system facility. In our application, there are two dashboards: an admin dashboard and a student dashboard. The administrator in this case is the college's HOD, who properly controls and uploads all of the notes and books from any location at any time. Students get access to their books and notes from any location at any time, as well as their attendance history. Any student can access the notes from every semester using this application only. All of the learning resources, including notes from our professors, books recommended by our honorable teachers, and certain important notices, are accessible in our application.
