Reactive power planning (RPP) is considered as one of the most exigent problem encountered in interconnected power system operation. In the proposed research work suggest an idea in this article, optimization technique of Hybrid Grey Wolf Optimization and Sine Co-Sine ( GWO-SCA) Algorithm is implemented to obtain minimized Transmission loss reactive power planning and Operating cost will be minimized which includes cost of energy and cost of capacitor while Magnitude of each bus will be improved The recommended techniques will be tested on standard IEEE 30 bus system
