Abstract
India is a country of festivals and religious ceremonies where various idols of god and goddess are worshiped in Hindu religion. Various parts of plant like, flowers, fruits, leaves, seeds are offered to god and goddess as part of worship. In the present paper 15 plant species have been enumerated mentioning the plant parts used during worship rituals. Their species have medicinal use too.
