Enzymes present in the liver play an important role for metabolism of both exogenous and endogenous substances & xenobiotics. Cytochrome P450[CYP 450] enzymes plays a major rolebiotransformation of drugs. Aim of the study, is to provide knowledge about different enzyme that responsible for metabolism of drugs, endogenous substances & xenobiotics in liver.
