The concept of leadership is one that people apply to both their personal and professional life. The individuals must develop an awareness of the meaning and importance of leadership in order to implement this notion in an efficient and worthwhile way. A true friend, philosopher, mentor, motivator, problem-solver, and path-shower is always a leader. Every event in our lives teaches us a valuable lesson. A strong leadership is necessary for an efficient management control or strategy implementation. In times of adversity, we look up to leaders first. Ancient Indian scriptures have some fascinating teachings on how various leadership philosophies may motivate or demoralise people. A lot may be learned about Lord Krishna's leadership style and winning strategy from the Mahabharata, which was written around 3000 BC. Despite the Kauravas' overwhelming numbers, the Pandavas' triumph over them in the Indian epic "Mahabharata" offers intriguing clues as to why they suffered such a crushing defeat. The importance of leadership becomes apparent. The leadership of Shri Krishna will be discussed in this paper as it was essential to the Pandavas vitory over Kauravas. Interesting insights about effective leadership may be learned by examining the leadership philosophies of the characters in the Mahabharata. All of these attributes are only found in Krishna, even in this contemporary world. The two key topics that are emphasised in this research paper are leadership and Krishna as the real leader.
