Abstract
India being a developing country faces many environmental issues in terms of emission and pollution and its management. The managing of environment is not the sole responsibility of the government but also the responsibility of other stakeholders and other financial institutions like banks. Although bank activities are not directly related to the environment, banks can influence their customer activities. Hence banks adopt various green strategies to support the environment. The motive of this paper is to highlight which are the most significant factors that have an impact towards green banking while using mobile fintech for the purpose of banking activities. Firstly in the study we are trying to identify what are the positive factor sthat are achieved towards green banking by usage of mobile fintech services and further secondly we use the Henry Garrets ranking method to identify the order of importance of the factors by collecting the opinion of commercial bank employees.
