| Abstract: | The study attempts to check the mediating effect of Value For Money and Flight Service Encounters towards Service Standards and airline affinity. Further, the study aimed to measure the serial mediation of Value For Money and Flight Service Encounters with regard to passenger affinity toward the Airline. The study is performed with 679 passengers across the state of Telangana. A purposive sampling technique is used to select sample passengers. A causal research design is taken for investigation. Findings showed that precursors have an effect on Service Standards, Value For Money, Flight Service Encounter, and Affinity toward the Airline. A significant direct effect has been observed between each and every research variable. There is a partial mediating effect found in Value For Money between Service Standards and Affinity toward the Airline. Likewise, there is a partial mediating effect found in Flight Service Encounters between Service Standards and Affinity toward the Airline. Ultimately, Value For Money and Flight Service Encounters have serial mediation between Service Standards and Affinity toward the Airline. |
