Business ethics is a new term and signifies an applied ethics. It encompasses of moral standards and how these apply to the system and organisations through which morderm society produced and distributed goods and services, and to the people who work within these organisations. The article encourage managers to embrance the principles of business ethics and engage in the ethical decision-making as necessary part of their business. Trust and honesty are ethical principles and they are basis elements of all business operations, especially entry into contact.
