Abstract

Natiyak sa pag-aaral na ito na masipat ang kalagayan ng pagtuturo sa panahon ng new normal. Deskriptibong-analisis ang ginamit na disenyo sa pananaliksik. Purposive sampling ang ginamit upang tukuyin ang kabuoang bilang na 150 kalahok mula sa pangkat ng mga guro, mag-aaral, at magulang. Gumamit ng tseklist sa pagkuha ng mga datos. Ang mga nakalap na datos ay inalisa, sinuri at binigyan ng interpretasyon gamit ang frequency, bahagdan at pagrararango. Iisa ang pananaw ng mga mag-aaral, guro, at magulang sa “new normal” sa edukasyon. Ito ay ang kumbinasyon ng face to face at alin man sa mga sumusunod (Online Distance Learning, Modular Distance Learning, TV or Radio-Based Instruction. Iba-iba ang mga paghahandang ginagawa ng mga guro. Ang paghahandang ginagawa ng mga guro para malinang ang kanilang kakayahan ay ang pagdalo sa mga webinar na nakatuon sa kahandaan sa new normal education. Ang ginagawang paghahanda ng mga guro para makabuo ng kagamitang pampagtuturo ay ang pagbuo ng “learning activity sheets/worksheets.” Sa pamamaraan naman ang ginawang paghahanda ay ang paghahanda sa mga magulang at mag-aaral sa makabagong pamaraan ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto. Sa kaligtasan ng mga guro, ito ay ang pagpapabakuna. Maraming suliraning kinakaharap ng mga guro sa pagtuturo sa panahong “new normal” tulad ng mahinang internet o data connection. Inirerekomenda na ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon ay dapat pagtuonan ng pansin, paglaanan ng sapat na badyet, mas pagandahin at ipagpatuloy ang mga programa nitong may kinalaman sa pagsasanay, webinars, at workshops sa paggamit ng mga makabagong teknolohiya at mga makabagong pamamaraan sa pagkatuto at pagtuturo na magpapatibay sa kakayahan ng mga guro. Dapat din maglaan ng sapat na badyet upang mabigyan ang mga paaralan o guro ng mga naaangkop at makabagong kagamitang pagtuturo. Ang paaralan ay dapat palakasin ang pakikipag-ugnayan at makipagtulungan sa lokal na pamahalaan, mga pribadong grupo, organisasyon o indibidwal na maaaring makatulong sa pagkakaroon ng mga printer, kagamitang panteknolohiya at iba pang kagamitan na may malaking tulong sa pagsasakatuparan ng epektibong pagtuturo ng mga guro.
