| Abstract: | The study aimed to examine how hope affects academic motivation among young adults residing in Bangalore. The present study was a descriptive and correlation research conducted on 59 individuals with 32 male and 27 female between the age 18-26. Data were collected through google form using Adult Hope Scale and Academic motivation scale and then analyzed in SPSS software (IBM). To analyze the relationship between two variable , sperman correlation was used and it was statistically significant at 0.01 level (p<0.01). As the result shows a positive correlation it is interpreted that when hope increases the academic motivation increases. From the result it is discussed that there is positive effect of hope on academic motivation. |
