The use of technology has become the key to expand the knowledge of teachers and students. Descriptive-analysis research design was used. The researcher develops a test and checklists for the data collection. The Level of Knowledge of Teachers in Using Microsoft Word based on the results, teachers are very knowledgeable in using Microsoft Publisher, moderately knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in Microsoft word and Microsoft PowerPoint. Students are proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Publisher, and moderately proficient in Microsoft Publisher. There are different problems that teachers and students face in using Microsoft Office. Based on the findings and conclusions, the following is recommended: the use of Microsoft Office can be continued so that students learn more as well as the teachers.
