Stress has always been associated with our daily lives, where we encounter varying degrees of stress based on other people's personalities. The pressure on employees in the IT sector is increased by the combination of rising competition and technological advancement. Although not all forms of stress are bad, some types of stress can motivate employees to do their jobs efficiently. The IT industry must take specific steps to deal with the stressful environment in their workplaces. The current study attempts to concentrate on how the performance of employees in IT companies is impacted by rising stress levels.
