Abstract

This review article insights about 17 papers to understand the mechanism of a normal cell division and the role of cyclin and CDKs complexes in the cell division. It also highlights the roles of tumor suppressor and oncogenes in a cancerous cell and the pathways that can get affected in breast and lung cancer.
