Through natural language processing (NLP) humans changed their interactions with technology together with their evaluation methods for data. New opportunities emerge from NLP's capabilities to both understand and produce human language which enhances international diplomatic initiatives. The study of international politics requires analyzing extremely large unstructured blocks of text including diplomatic correspondence along with international agreements and public declarations made by states as well as news articles and social media information. The analysis of this information by hand requires lengthy and complicated procedures. The automated system NLP helps users obtain beneficial information from complex data sets. The combination of NLP algorithms performs real-time political discourse analysis globally as they also detect shifts in sentiment or policy together with new threat detection and automated translation of languages through sentiment analysis, topic modeling, text categorization, and machine translation algorithms. The analysis of sentiment performs assessments of worldwide public sentiment through the processing of social media posts. Through machine translation diplomats together with politicians can quickly understand written information that exists in foreign languages. This research examines the effects of NLP on political decisions and downstream effects on anticipated outcomes while transforming international relations. This innovative yet powerful technology of NLP enables considerable political opportunities but it requires responsible handling because it creates substantial ethical and policy issues.
