Anger, anxiety, stress, depression, various types of diseases are increasing in day to day life. To get rid of all these types of diseases, meditation system has been described as the best practice in yoga, by adopting which a person can maintain mental health completely. In which the meditation system is considered very important and effective, which is helpful in removing all kinds of diseases. Undoubtedly, by adopting meditation, all kinds of mental problems can be cured forever. And man can easily lead his life with complete happiness and can also achieve life goal.
