The main aim of the study is evaluate the level of knowledge and attitude towards ACLS among nursing students. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach, non-probability simple random sampling technique and one group pre-test post-test research design was adopted among 50 second year B.Sc. nursing students, CON-EIMS, Puducherry. Results: In pre-test out of 50 samples 27 (54%) were having moderately adequate knowledge and 23 (46%) were having inadequate knowledge. In post-test 39 (78%) were having moderately adequate knowledge and 7 (14%) were having inadequate knowledge and 4 (8%) were having adequate knowledge. In terms of attitude towards ACLS, in pre-test 37 (74%) were having the unfavorable attitude and 13 (26%) were having moderately favorable attitude. In post-test 27 (54%) were having moderately favorable attitude and 23
(46%) were having the unfavorable attitude and no one is having the excellent attitude towards ACLS.
