Abstract
For an entrepreneur, a project is financially viable if the invested revenue covers its costs and give an adequate return on investment. The viability of the project for the government is determined by its efficacy in relation to the economics of sustaining it with public monies. By completing projects over a lengthy period, the private sector is able to return project capital and equity. Before investing, the project's feasibility must be determined, resulting in cash flow estimates for the following several years. This study investigated the viability of the Karoi Bhim Road from kilometre 0 to kilometre 42. The Toll Road stretches for 42 kilometres. Road Inventory / Road condition / complete CD works survey, Preliminary Design of Flexible Pavement / rigid pavement, Approximate Estimation of Construction of road work, and Complete calculation of detailing for financial viability of the project including investment and interest calculations, repayment schedule, and total concession period are all included in the project's financial viability. Commercial vehicle traffic on the Kaori - Bhim Road is 191 CV/day. The total cost of the project is 4040.43 Lacs, and the concession period is 37 years, 3 months, and 28 days, according to the analysis.
