Abstract
In today’s world hiring the employees is not only the job of any institute but providing them job satisfaction is also a keen factor to look into. Job satisfaction basically relates to the amount of contentment an employee gets from the job he/she is assigned to do. This study is basically done to find the satisfaction level of employees in bank of Private Sector. The researcher has collected primary data from 50 employees working in different banks of private sector and findings have indicated the factor that leads to job satisfaction.
