Abstract
The study is to evaluate the functioning of NSFDC working under ministry of Social Justice and empowerment. Although the organization is working for economic upliftment of scheduled caste community living under double poverty line since 1989 but the organization was re segregated only for SC since 10 April 200. In the dynamic economic environment and changing scenario all data earlier then 5 years are not much relevant so that the study confined last five years up to the performance of NSFDC under two major heads first coverage of beneficiary and actual disbursement by CAs. The result approves the objectives and success of NSFDC subject to suggestion of betterment.
