There is no one way in which one can describe art. People have developed several definitions of it over the years but in the simplest of senses, it is the act of any creativity within a person. This research paper talks about the two art forms - traditional and digital art. In addition to providing an explanation of both art forms including their characteristics, this paper also analyzes particular examples of works belonging to the respective forms. This includes paintings by Pablo Picasso and Leonardo Da Vinci for traditional art and upcoming art types like NFTs and Fractal art for Digital art. Ultimately, the paper concludes that both traditional and digital are similar yet very different and the likelihood of them co-existing is high.
