Abstract
The present study is done in formation of a ready to cook food or a nutrigenomic food. We are very familiar with a traditional term “wadi” which is made up of different type of pulses. The consumption of wadi is very common in ruler areas but now at present scenario there is high demand of these wadi because it easy to cook and less time taking food. But there is a big issue with working women’s to fulfill the basic requirement of nutrient which are found from vegetables. The formulated product vegetable chunks are made up from mixed vegetables and soybean seeds which are high is protein, fat, calcium, micronutrients and other minerals. The formulated product is a ready to cook food product which can be used as a onetime meal. The product is having a long shelf life and less microbial activity. Various parameter such as moisture, ash, protein, fat, calcium, morphological structure etc are standardized. The product is very easy to use and quick to incorporate in diet.
