Benchmarking is the marking target of each employee should compare the work from another employee to improve their target and also abandoned the crisis in the company. The study analyses the Benchmarking and crisis management of employees in a pandemic situation. Benchmarking is the comparing of employees in all working processes in all IT sectors and especially in the Wipro company. This paper looks into the need for benchmarking to motivate employees and combine them to work efficiently and effectively. The researcher attempts to find the major tactics the company used to retain its best practices in all aspects. It identifies an analytical study from the collected data from respondents in the Wipro company. The data were subjected to correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study suggest remodifying the existing benchmarking process in a way that can understand the targets and changes in the working scenario.
